Martini-on-the-Rocks
2 ½oz gin
½oz dry vermouth
Dash of orange bitters (optional)
Fill rocks glass with ice, combine gin and dry vermouth and stir. Garnish with lemon twist or olive. For a wetter Martini change the ratio to 2oz gin and ¾oz dry vermouth.
A 50:50 Martini-on-the-Rocks also makes a very nice drink.
James Bond Martini-on-the-Rocks
2 ½oz vodka
½oz dry vermouth
Combine vodka and vermouth in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and dump into a rocks glass.
