Rum & Cola
2oz rum
6oz cola
Fill highball glass with ice, combine rum and cola and stir to combine.
Cuba Libre
2oz rum
6oz cola
¼ lime
Fill highball glass with ice. Add rum and squeeze lime wedge and drop it into the glass. Top with cola and stir to combine.
Mojito
3 mint leaves
½oz simple syrup
2oz rum
¾oz ime juice
Club soda, to top
Garnish with mint sprig & lime wheel
Gently Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in bottom of cocktail shaker. Combine with rum, lime juice, and ice then shake. Strain into a highball glass with fresh icea and top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
How to Drink Pina Colada (make 2 servings)
16oz ice
1 ½oz creme de coconut
1 ½oz Pineapple juice
1 ½oz rum
8oz pineapple chunks
Combine in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish as desired.
Daiquiri
2oz rum
1oz lime juice
¾oz simple syrup
Lime twist
Combine ingedients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lime twist.
